Shannon Pollacchi,  MIRM & CMP

 Chief Marketing Orchestrator

Shannon Pollacchi will be heading up the Marketing and Advertising departments including the daily operations. Most recently she has been a Marketing Research Manager at K. Hovnanian Homes, a Forbes 500 Company. In 2008, she received her MIRM Certification (Member, Institute of Residential Marketing) the highest marketing certificate awarded by the National Association of Home Builders plus her Certified Marketing Professional certificate. In 2007, she also received her Certified Sales Professional certificate while working in the real estate industry after achieving her California Real Estate license.  Over ten years of marketing, sales & event planning experience.  She has spent almost four years in the real estate industry after completing five years in the technology Industry.

She began her career by getting a Bachelors degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from California State University, Sacramento.

Tamara Bush, CEP

Chief Event Orchestrator

Tamara will be heading up the Events and Fundraising department as well as oversee the company. As the Green Guru, she handles all aspects of creating the company in an environmentally friendly way.

Most recently she has been the Director of Development for the Long Beach Area Council, Boy Scouts of America Council and was directly responsible for raising over $500,000 towards the yearly operating budget.  She met this goal by coordinating Recognition Dinners, Auctions, Golf Tournaments, Endowment Programs and Community Giving Programs. In 2007, she received her Event Coordinating and Management Certificate through El Camino Community College.  Tamara also volunteers her time on the Ladera Ranch Event Planning Committee assisting plans for the Fourth of July Celebration and Holiday related events.  She also volunteers her time by advising the Vice President of Foundation with the UCI Chapter of Delta Gamma sorority. She has over 9 years of experience in event planning and fundraising.

In 1998, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice.
